Muhammad Ali Salimi, is a third-generation lawyer in his family and a partner of one of the leading firms in Pakistan. He is one of the few lawyers in the legal industry who truly has a wide professional portfolio ranging from complex corporate commercial dispute resolution to criminal and civil legal dispute resolution.

In his nine years of dispute resolution experience Ali has worked with the top tier Firms in Pakistan and handled complex commercial disputes, constitutional litigation and administrative law matters in the High Courts as well as domestic and international commercial arbitration. Ali initially got his training in the Criminal Legal Practice and handled murder trials in the Anti-terrorism courts of Lahore and represented clients in the Accountability Courts of Punjab. The formative years were spent working with one of the best criminal lawyers in Pakistan, Muhmmmad Akram Qureshi (erstwhile Judge of the Honorable Lahore High Court, Lahore). Thereafter, being molded in the rigorous criminal court environment of Punjab, Ali ventured into civil, dispute resolution and by constantly honing his advocacy skills started advising and representing clients that are industry leaders in their respective fields, he has represented clients such as Daimler AG in consumer courts; safe guarded Intellectual Property Interests of Baskin Robin and Beaconhouse in I.P Tribunal and appellate courts; represented OGRA in a constitutional challenge against SNGPL against levy of cess; successfully challenged the composition of Quality Control Board by representing the Pakistan Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Association in a constitutional case. In the Year 2017 Ali completed his LL.M. and obtained a certification in Intellectual Property Law from UC Berkeley School of Law, since then his broad portfolio also includes government authorities in the public sector which includes, WAPDA, NTDC and EOBI. Ali has been handling their arbitration matters, along with advising them on regulatory compliances. Ali is also a part of the visiting faculty at School of Law and Policy, University of Management and Technology, Lahore.
