Additionally, Barrister Sana Pirzada completed the Bar Vocational Course from BPP Law School and was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn. As an Advocate of the High Court of Sindh, she has successfully advised clients on a wide range of legal matters. Barrister Sana Pirzada is a highly experienced legal consultant with a diverse range of expertise. With a strong focus on family laws, criminal justice issues, workplace harassment, gender-related laws, mental health laws, corporate matters, and employment laws, she offers valuable advisory services to her clients. As the Founder of VLA – Virtual Legal Advisory, Sana handles family-related cases and provides advisory services in the fields of criminal justice and corporate laws. She also conducts talks and training sessions, imparting knowledge on various legal areas to both legal professionals and individuals seeking legal understanding.

In addition to her legal practice, Sana has been an active volunteer for Stop the Traffik, an anti-human trafficking organization based in the UK, where she contributed to their Aman Safety Project. Furthermore, Sana is an esteemed academic, having taught law at various universities. Her teaching experience includes delivering Jurisprudence courses to LLB students and Criminology courses to LLM students.

During her time at the Centre for Justice in London, Sana gained valuable experience in mediation, out-of-court settlements, and property matters. She conducted client interviews, carried out legal research, and attended a mediation hearing at the International Dispute Resolution Centre. At one of the largest firms in Karachi, Pakistan,  she focused on commercial, banking, international arbitration, and taxation cases. Her tasks included extensive research, assisting senior barristers with case preparation, and providing advice on case viability. She also had the opportunity to observe court proceedings, including possession and supply of drugs hearings at Blackfriars Crown Court and various family law cases during her mini-pupillages at Coram Chambers and 2 Temple Gardens Square in London. Additionally, Sana’s experience at Paul L Simon Solicitors involved research in immigration law, report writing, client interviews, and handling asylum applications. Through these diverse experiences, she has honed her legal skills, developed a comprehensive understanding of different practice areas, and demonstrated her commitment to providing exceptional legal services to her clients.

Sana also serves as the Executive Director at Excelerate Pvt Ltd, where she provides valuable advice on contractual and labor/employment-related matters. She has also conducted sessions on Prevention against Workplace Harassment for notable organizations such as Lucky Textiles, the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and Dawood Global Foundation’s ‘Educate a Girl’ initiative, among others.

Adding to her diverse skill set, Sana is a talented fiction writer. Her works, including ‘The Rose Within – A Gothic Romance,’ ‘Vernon Hall & Other Stories,’ ‘Naomi Byron – A Victorian Legal Thriller,’ and ‘The Raven’s Call,’ have all been published in the UK, showcasing her creativity and literary achievements.
