Advisory Services to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)
Advised the SBP with respect to a World Bank funded project aimed at promoting financial inclusion which entailed review of and amendments in the legal and oversight framework applicable to various payment systems in Pakistan.

 Advisory Services to GENCO Holding Company Limited (GHCL)
Advised the GHCL with respect to a merger transaction involving merger of 4 state-owned power generation companies (GENCOs) with GHCL.

Advisory Services to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism (KITE) Project
Advised the KP Tourism Department with respect to identifying and suggesting the most suitable mode for outsourcing 19 tourism properties located in the province under PPP mode.

Advisory Services to Punjab Communications and Works Department
Advised the Punjab Communications and Works Department with respect to certain infrastructure projects being developed in the province under PPP mode, including the Faisalabad-Chiniot-Sargodha Road and the Multan-Tibba Sultanpur Road.

Advisory Services to Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A)
Advised the P3A with respect to the execution of various infrastructure projects and drafted the P3A (Amendment) Act, 2022 as well as various regulations and guidelines made thereunder.

Advisory Services to Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO)
Advised the borrower with respect to a corporate finance transaction aimed at raising funds for the development of various hydropower projects in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Advisory Services to Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA)
Advised the NAPHDA with respect to the execution of various projects aimed at the development of low-income housing under an appropriate PPP arrangement.

Privatization of Heavy Electrical Complex (HEC)
Assisted the Privatisation Commission of Pakistan with the divestment of equity held by the State Engineering Corporation in HEC. Services include but are not limited to transaction structuring, due diligence, drafting of bidding documents, including the Share Purchase Agreement,
assisting in the bidding process and financial close.
