Mr. Taha Hafeez holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London and initially pursued the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at Cardiff University. However, he later transitioned to Nottingham Law School, where he earned an LLM in Corporate & Insolvency Law.

With a comprehensive academic background, Mr. Hafeez possesses a deep understanding of information technology law, specifically in the context of various financial technology services. His expertise extends to areas such as mobile banking entities, online payment platforms, NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies), EMIs (Electronic Money Institutions), P2P Licensing, online marketplace platforms, online logistic services, and other facets of financial technology.

While Mr. Hafeez’s primary focus lies within the realm of FinTech, his practice also encompasses corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, investment law, trade law, construction law, energy law, and competition law. This diverse range of practice areas enables him to provide comprehensive legal services to clients operating in various sectors. He is also a Partner at Salahuddin, Saif & Aslam (Attorneys at Law), a prominent FinTech firm in Pakistan.
